Call us if you have questions regarding your appointment, test
results, or any bills from our office. If you have a medical problem
and need to speak with your doctor, call us and a registered nurse
or ophthalmolgy resident will gather more information and work closely
with your doctor to answer your questions and meet your needs as
soon as possible.
You may call our office 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After
4:30 p.m. and on weekends and holidays, your call will be answered
by our answering service. The service will put you in contact with
your doctor or the doctor-on-call, if needed.
If you have a true medical emergency, you should go to the nearest
Emergency Department. |
